MEATCURSE meat is arguably the highest-quality beef produced in the United States. Our heritage breed cattle are specifically selected for their genetic ability to thrive on a 100% wild grass diet. The highly efficient rumen microbiomes of our heritage breed cattle enable them to extract and absorb a greater range of nutrients from natural forage including essential fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. Our cattle are never given added hormones, antibiotics, or synthetic supplements and are raised entirely on open, wild, and chemical-free Virginia pastures. The result is beef that is naturally more nutrient dense than anything you will find from other farms or from the store.
To put it in scientific terms, our 100% grass-fed beef contains higher concentrations of omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and natural antioxidants such as vitamin E and beta-carotene. These bioactive compounds have been shown to support cardiovascular health, reduce systemic inflammation, and promote a more balanced and nutrient-dense human diet.
